Bathrooms and Kitchen are shared. Laundry machines and small storage area in basement. Some private parking in front, and extra behind home (on street), lots of bars and restaurants in the area. $700 includes all utilities and wifi (no cable tv). Small cute brick building at 1206 S 11th Street - Available Dec 27. Will work with semi-bad credit but no recent narcotic arrests or thefts. Judgments owed to landlords will double or triple your deposit required to rent from me. $50 background check. Pets - some people are allergic, no clear yes or no. If approved, there is a $35/mo charge for pets. If a bedroom you rent with a pet has new carpet, pet deposit increases from $200 to $400. No smoking inside home but there is a covered porch out front. One resident smokes and he stays away from another who is sensitive to smoke to ensure he does not impede. I'm not expecting perfection! Just normal folks who need an affordable place to live. No evictions. Couples or families with children not possible at this time, sorry... it's a shared residence. (If you are a couple with property management history (mowing yard, periodically clean or light fixes), I may consider you for $1000 per month - the $150 is for extra hot water, laundry, wear and tear etc.) Pets are additional monthly $$ plus deposit and pet insurance is a must... responsible pet owners only. 1st month's rent in advance, min. deposit of $600. Last month's rent in advance may be required depending on your renter's profile.
