ALL appliances are 1-3 years old except for the furnace and air conditioning unit which do a great job cooling and heating our home. porch is located in the center of the building with a great view of all the landscape with shade in the morning and afternoon. basement is shared but each unit has its own space with 4 walls and a door so it is private.
