Properly working smoke alarms and CO2 alarms must be kept plugged in, with operational batteries and in working condition at all times. Tenant will change batteries yearly. All appliances are included in house including kitchen (fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave), washer and dryer. Tenant will change furnace air filter monthly. Tenant will keep solar salt stocked in water softener at all times. Failure of water softener or other appliance due to lack of solar salt will be tenant's expense. Tenant will promptly notify landlord of any problems with any appliance or home at any time. Terms for security deposit return: There must be no damage above normal wear and tear to appliances, walls, trim and flooring of home. The home must be in the same clean condition it was when you moved into the home. All appliances must be fully cleaned inside and out and underneath. Bathroom and kitchen must be fully scoured and cleaned. Carpets must be shampooed. If landlord has to do any of this, entire security deposit will be forfeited at end of lease.
