We are on open space and have a great view (almost impossible to find anywhere.) Our home is four bedroom with a family room and spacious kitchen and huge mater suite. The floor plan is open and sunny. Three great schools are all wirhin walking distance. We have a recreation center with a indoor pool and ice rink; lake, and hiiking/biking trails out our back door. It is 3262 square feet. I could go on and on. It is beautiful!! We are empty nesters motivated to move on as we are building our business in LA and need to get out from under the big house. We are NOT Highlands Ranch and proud of it. Our area is less crowded and a lot nicer! Neighborhood Description The neighborhood is FULL of kids of all ages. They play outside constantly and no matter what the age of your children, they will find playmates here. The schools are ALL a short walk. No buses are needed to transport. We have had no crime of any significance in the history of our development. ie no robberies etc. It is safe, friendly, and has immediate access to open space hiking and biking.
