I'm looking for a roommate. I'm located in riverton. My house is a 5 bedroom. Plenty of room. I live upstairs which is not shared.I have a 2 bedroom and full bathroom in the basement ready to live in. We would have a shared living space such as the kitchen, laundry room, living room. Etc.. rent is $1,000 a month with a $1000 deposit. I'm looking for a clean, easy going, friendly roomate. I live in a culdasac. Family type neighborhood. So big parties and drugs are not allowed. I do have a dog that loves everyone. He's a big teddy bear that spends most his time outside. Except at night. He sleeps in my room. The pictures speak for themselves. Not pictured is the upstairs because those rooms are my living space. No smoking. Street parking. I have a very friendly German shepherd that stays outside during the day and sleeps inside at night. Roommates duties include picking up after yourself. Shoveling the snow if I am not currently home. And keeping your room clean. Month to month lease. Security deposit, first and last month's rent required. 200 dollars is not refundable. If late on rent I have a 2 day grace period for late rent. Then it's $25 a day late fee.
