**ROOMMATE WANTED** I'm a tenant trying to find another roommate for this 3 bedroom, 1 bath house. It has two big living areas, a dining room, fully equipped kitchen, and a laundry room. There are currently two tenants (myself included). We are both quiet and non smokers. We don't have any pets (while we prefer a roommate without any pets a cat would be ok). I'm currently at UA so another student would be ideal. While we have furnished the main living areas your bedroom is empty. Also this house is at the end of a cul de sac without any neighbors to our right so there is plenty of space for parking. The car port also accommodates two cars.
