We are VERY pet friendly. Pretty much anything but very large snakes. :) Well built house on 1/2 acre lot backing up to forested area with large, heated 2 car garage so no scraping ice every morning! Extra storage off the garage plus another building for storage. Located on the Brundage side of town in a quite neighborhood. Granite countertops, induction range, gas stove, private back deck, and two extra storage areas plus lots of off street parking for up to seven vehicles. This is a long term rental. The pictures show it furnished, but it is not; we were not able to move all our stuff before taking pics. We have had rentals for 35+ years and have a relaxed and amiable application process. We do prefer to get your basic info, then have a quick chat on the phone to make sure the house is a good fit before we show the property. Big dogs wanted! The bigger the better; the MORE the better! This is a long term rental we plan on keeping for years. The terms are month to month, meaning you can leave with 30 days notice. Renter is responsible for all utilities including snow removal. $250 Non-refundable pet \fee. All kinds of pets are VERY welcome; the more the better. We might consider renting to someone who doesn't have a dog as long as they are 'dog interested' and at are at least considering getting a dog; McPaws has a huge selection of dogs that need a home. :) No smoking in any of the buildings please.
