Please read this. I am looking for a short term tenant, three to five months. Just moving to Denver and want to see where ya wanna live?? Looking to buy and not get locked in? If you're serious, please text me. Don't waste both of our time by hitting Zillow's "request more info" or whatever. My number is at the bottom. Please don't send applications before seeing the house or contacting me. Everyone ignores those apps, weirdo. Hi and thanks for looking!! Hung over, gonna write a lot while I nurse this bloody Mary. Yay. We believe in NON CORPORATE MANAGEMENT. I'll know your name and I know your place. And I'll bring you wine. You'll text and call me directly, not some goofy corporate minion. We've got a two bedroom, one bath unit in a triplex built in 1874 for rent. We gutted it and started from scratch with some stuff, but kept much of the original character and charm. It's got a great Art Deco style look in the living spaces, but the kitchen and bath are new. We left some of the original wood floors, and added the rest, so there isn't any carpeting, anywhere. The kitchen is brand new...granite countertops with tumbled marble backsplashes including inlays, stainless appliances including a dishwasher. It has central A/C (evaporative), and a new furnace. Lots of basement storage, it's a full stand up, with 12 x12 or so for storage. Although the inside is modern and has lots of character, the outside is muy boring. We buy ugly properties, and since we aren't flippers, we concentrate the cash on the insides. They usually come out pretty. Please, do a Google street search on 1207 E. 27th St., 80205. That's what the outside looks like. You will have a fairly large private yard. There's a garage for storage only and the basement. The interior...We use deeper paint colors, so it doesn't feel like the corporate white that we're all used to. The layout is good...the bedrooms are separated by the large living room, so it's private. Great trimwork, remote controlled ceiling fans, a whole house evaporative cooler (a/c), and an efficient new furnace. Brand new water heater. New roof, washer and dryer included, and hardwood floors throughout, no nasty carpet. It has a yard with a patio...perfect for the table, chairs, and a grill. Grill included. The unit is at 27th and Downing, which is definitely downtown, central Denver. You can wave to your buddy that works in the skyscrapers. Five minutes from Lodo or Rino, five minutes from 17th street, or a quick bike ride. It's a $4 uber ride from downtown, an easy bike ride, or the light rail is a block away. Maybe some day we'll be able to ride it to the moon. If they can get the current plans done. After another $300 billion and a 25% sales tax hike. Idiots at RTD. I digress. Or, get one of those awesome lil scooters and race up and down Downing. We could start a scooter gang. There is a private fenced yard, if you have a pup. You can garden in the two small gardens if you'd like, sit outside and veg out, or whatever. It's yours. You can very much open up your back door and let your pup run out back and have a blast. No more walking the pooch three times a day. No pet rent, but of course a refundable pet deposit, depending on the breed and type. Good pet owners never have a problem with this. Probably would need to beat a m*le cat for a few minutes to see if he marks. If you are a good pet owner (you know who you are and aren't. Please, pass me by if you're a pet "caretaker". I have an awesome mutt that you'll meet, and training an animal isn't for quitters. I know the puppy was cute in the store and you just can't understand why it won't poop outside, like you do princ*ss, but it's YOUR fault it's not trained, not the dog. We give deposits back if you take care of the place, plain and simple. Individually billed utilities are on you, we pay trash. Thanks to Denver for tripling the taxes on this property in the last few years. Yay. All of our units are 110% non smoking of cigarettes. You'll be looking at a m*rder/jail situation if you smoke indoors, so please, don't call me if you're a filthy, stinky smoker. Guess which side you'll be on. Go ahead, call the ACLU. You smell like a sewer It'll be available on July 15th. If you are interested, please send a coherent, decent text, actually write an email for three minutes, or gimme a call. I'm around all week Thanks for looking, good luck in your search!!
