We've lived here for 2 years. We're moving house this summer. Garage on the ground floor has a super charge car charger inside which we recently had installed. The rooftop has a great garden with a clear view of the Hollywood Sign. Great community of neighbors! We're sad to be leaving! This is located in a gated community called "The Colony". Finally, security is really important to us. We have security cameras, alarms, etc. installed. Owner Pays HOA fee (includes trash, sewer, gardening, etc.). All utilities paid for
