The room itself is 10'x14' and has windows on the north and east walls. This is a great neighborhood to live in! Close enough to the beach and Main Street to walk or bike. The Promenade is a 10 minute bike ride away or hop on the Big Blue Bus for a quick ride to downtown Santa Monica. I am 31, male, a Christian, and a professional working in Santa Monica. I am looking for someone similar, but most importantly someone who is reasonably clean, responsible and respectful. I am not looking for a party-animal or a couch potato. I have lived in this unit for 6 years and have no complaints about it or plans of leaving. Rent is $850/month + utilities (gas, electricity, internet/cable) + $1,000 deposit. Tandem parking is included. Must be employed and have a good credit history. Applicants will be interviewed by the landlord and must be approved before moving in.
