The guest agrees to provide identity authentication via AutoHost. If this is not provided within 48 hours of booking, the booking may be canceled without penalty. A non-refundable accidental damage coverage policy is required and will be paid after booking in the amount of $99, covering $1,500 in damage. Parties, events, or weddings are not allowed.
