Now accepting annual lease and longer-term rental applications through Saturday, October 23rd. Owner's preference is an annual lease, but will entertain shorter durations ( 6 months). The Villa is available beginning Wednesday, November 10th. Annual lease will be ~$1,900/Mo. with the landlord covering taxes, water, garbage, sewer, and amenity fee. Tenant responsible for electric, internet, & cable (if desired, newer TV's in villa have streaming capability) and $50 for Villages ID card. Prices are for 2 adults only. There will be an additional charge of $150/week for additional guests (couple) who stay. Longer-term rentals will be considered if an annual lease agreement is not signed by the end of October.
