Sugar Mill is a very established neighborhood. Many of the homeowners are original homeowners, but younger couples seem to be moving in all the time. It is the type of neighborhood where you can go for a walk at night and see many of your neighbors doing the same or working in their yards. We have two neighborhood pools, tennis courts and several parks. Sugar Mill park is one of Sugar Land's best parks and is a great place to see the ducks and watch your kids play.
