Hi! I am looking for a roommate in a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment on 12th and Hudson Street in Hoboken, NJ. The location is right by the water, and is in a very safe/quiet neighborhood with everything you need just steps away! (Bus stop, grocery store, Walgreens, Starbucks, etc.) The path station is about a 15 minute walk. I am currently renewing the lease for 3 months (Jan 1-April 1), but it can easily be extended if interested. Move in date is negotiable as well! My current roommate is my best friend from my hometown who is working remotely, so she decided that she wanted to save some money and exit the lease. However, she is potentially willing to leave furniture if needed short term. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions at all! Water, electricity, etc. included.
