Lease buy out fee is 1 month rent plus deposit. If there are any damages to the house (other than regular wear and tear) the repair cost will be deducted from the security deposit and a check for the remaining amount will be sent to the tenant. If repair cost is more than $1000, tenant has to pay for the repair. I can do with furniture and without furniture. With furniture rent is $150 extra per month
