I would prefer and a family or graduate level students to occupy the property. The property has a covered parking area along with additional parking in the driveway. The house has a small storage shed behind the house along with a fenced in area for a pet. The property is a few minuted down the road from the Ole Miss golf course and 10 minutes from the square. All of the kitchen appliances are fairly new. The owner will be responsible for paying the city of Oxford water bill. All other utilities shall be covered by the renters. There is no smoking allowed within the house itself. Renters must inform the landlord when major repairs are needed in a timely manner. The tenant is responsible for the lawn care. There is a $150 dollar nonrefundable pet deposit. The tenant is required to put down the deposit and last months rent.
