This is a brief description of what we have done to the house since we bought it in 2007: House painted inside and out in 2007. Landscape in backyard redone. Backyard patio roof completely redone. Fence around backyard completely redone. Chain-link fence added to one side of the house. Stepping stone walkway added to one side of the house. All doors replaced. Windows replaced with vinyl windows more energy efficient than originals. Closet shelving added. Bathrooms remodeled. Kitchen cabinets repainted. All light fixtures replaced. Porch and driveway lighting added. Backyard lighting - motion sensing - added. Gutters around the house replaced. The garage can park 2 cars and you can definitely park at least 4 vehicles on the driveway. You can probably park 2 more vehicles closer to the street. The backyard is huge compared to newer homes. It has lawn, flowers and planter boxes for vegetables. The front lawn is also pretty big. The tree that shows on the picture was cut down because it attracted beetles. Bugs are not a problem anymore :) This is what I can think of right now :)
