    14 year old Cupertino Union School District townhouse located in Sunnyvale, CA. I am the original owner of the home and have had an amazing time living in this home and raising my 2 kids. Schools Stocklmeir Elementary, Cupertino Middle School, and Fremont High School Location The house is almost dead smack in the middle of 85, 280, 101, and 237. Perfect if you work at any of the big tech companies like Apple, Google, LinkedIn, etc. There are also tons of restaurant options within a 5 mile radius and even within walking distance. Community This townhouse is part of a very small build project and it is tucked away in a cul de sac very close to the community center and orchard. It is often missed when you drive by which is great for security and privacy. In the 14 years there I don't think the community has had a single package stolen. The neighborhood looks out for each other and has everyone's best interest at heart. Half of the neighbors have young kids that love to play outside before dinner time and throughout the weekends. Property This is a middle unit, but the walls are insulated very well. In 14 years, I have never heard my neighbors through the walls. There is a single car garage and the parking spots in the cul de sac are first come first serve. The backyard is concrete with stone tile and is great for BBQs (see Google Maps until I can get a photo). All 3 closets have ELFA organizers installed and I can help rearrange them based on your needs. The house was freshly painted and deep cleaned.
