There is concrete all around the house, so there's nomaintenance. There is a concrete area large enough for a boat or motor home storage. Ourgarage/playroom/workshop is 800 square foot, completely finished on the inside with abathroom and a separate shower. It's great when you come home from fishing or the beach.The front of the house has brick pavers, which really adds to the curb appeal plus, we havebeautiful landscaping. This home is so clean and nice you could just bring your toothbrush andmove right in.
