Great apartment in Southend right on Tryon street next to the Midnight Diner. I found out that I will be traveling for work most of next year and am interested in downsizing. The complex is Camden Southend and is in the perfect location. I walk to work each morning in Uptown and the building is next door to All American Pub, Slate, Hot Taco and many other restaurants and breweries. There is also a Light Rail stop a few hundred feet from the back door. The unit is a large 1 bedroom / 1 bath (856 sq. ft.) with a walk-in closet, W/D in unit, and granite counter tops. Rent is 1381 which includes internet/cable. I have not paid more than a $100 a month for electricity and water combined but am a light user due to my work schedule. I really love the unit but it doesn't make sense if I don't get to live in it. There is an application and administration fee for the takeover. Message me for details and pictures if interested.
