This cute two bedroom home sits within walking distance to Boise State University. Almost everything in the house is new. There is a brand new washer and dryer in the basement for use. The heat is a wall mounted gas furnace and we will provide a window air conditioner. It does have a small yard that will be the responsibility of the tenant to maintain. There is no automatic sprinkler system. There is a gravel area for parking, but on street parking will probably require a parking pass. All adults will be required to apply. We will run a credit check, verify income of 3x the rent, and check past rental history, if there is any.. Local cosigners would be considered if needed. We do not accept section 8. The tenants would be responsible for paying all the utilities. We will not allow smoking. 1 or 2 small adult dogs would be considered with an additional $250 per pet, refundable pet deposit and $25/month pet rent. Our application fee is $35 per person. We are hoping to sign a one year lease, but that is up for negotiation. We are currently looking for people who would be willing to move into the property fairly quickly as it is empty, clean and ready.
