Can't beat this location. This cute 2-bedroom apartment is located close to CSU campus, to restaurants, shops and bars, all within walking distance! And it's only a 5-minute drive to Old Town. The apartment features 2 bedrooms (one with a queen bed and one with a full bed), a cozy living room with TV (with Netflix and Hulu), a full kitchen with a dining room table, a nice bathroom, laundry machines and a patio with a private gate. We can only accept one pet (either cat or dog) up to 15lbs due to HOA rules. Only one 15lbs pet allowed per HOA rules. Min lease duration is 30 days. I would like to rent this for mid-term stays, of around 3 months but no more than 6 months. 2 parking passes will be provided. No smoking inside, please.
