The entire house is fully furnished (apart from the bedroom) with TVs, couches, air fryer, pool table, Nintendo 64, etc. Current Tenants: 5 mid-20s professional males. We are all easy-going, clean, and respectful. Love watching sports and hanging out as a group. All the guys keep it pretty lowkey during the week and but will hang out and have a good time on the weekend. You: Male in their 20s/early 30s that has a job or goes to school in the area, cleans up after themselves, and is laid back. All of us are super easy to get along with and most of us didn't know each other before but became friends after moving in. Rent is $1,700/month + utilities (~$100/month).
