The Tenant shall be responsible for reasonable usage of these utilities. Tenant shall promptly report any issues or disruptions with the provided utilities to the Landlord. Pets: Pets are strictly prohibited on the premises of the Property without the prior written consent of the Landlord. Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the Property. Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas, if any. Quiet Hours: Tenant shall not create or permit to be created any loud or disturbing noise, especially between the hours of 8:00 PM and 9:00 AM, which could interfere with the peaceful enjoyment of neighboring properties. Maintenance and Repairs: The Tenant shall promptly notify the Landlord of any necessary repairs or maintenance issues. Termination of Lease: The Tenant may terminate this lease by giving at least 30 days' written notice to the Landlord. The Landlord may terminate this lease with a 30-day written notice for non-payment of rent or violations of lease terms. Right of Entry: The Landlord shall have the right to enter the Property for the purposes of inspection, maintenance, and emergency repairs upon providing reasonable notice to the Tenant, except in cases of emergency.
