Lincoln Towers is a family run business. We have been renting apartments in the Capitol Hill neighborhood for over forty years . This building has a roof deck with truly unbeatable view of the Capitol and city at large. Laundry room in basement managed with a phone app that allows tenants to check on machine availability. Resident manager on site. Elevator. Zipcar on the premises, and bike storage room access is available. Most apartments in the building allow cats only, but the basement apartments allow dogs (no other pets, sorry). No smoking at this location. Limited off street parking is sometimes available as are a small number of furnished apartments. The building is entirely family owned and managed.
