I’m the actual owner looking to sell them both as a package deal for $16,500 or best offer it’s on contract with sellers looking to close within a week. Proof of funds if you want a lower price I have a warranty deed on both (free and clear) The house with a truck parked in front have tenants and the yellow house have no tenants. Both houses needs a lot of work. 3347449461 Patrice
