Quiet renters only to be considered due to close proximity to neighbors (absolutely no loud parties, loud music, etc during tenancy). The second bedroom is very small and only fits a bed. The location is unbeatable, as it's only 1 block from the Newport Pier area shops, restaurants, and right behind one of the best longboard breaks in Newport - Blackie's beach. This home is partially furnished for the winter, all large furniture items remain in the home but tenant is to provide own linens, blankets, towels and most kitchenware. There is a shared washer/dryer that is available for exclusive use Monday-Friday. There is no reserved parking space, it is street-parking only, however there is a city owned lot across the street and tenant can purchase parking permit directly from city at own cost.
