It has wood floors, a tiled bathroom and lots of closet space. Municipal, City , and Trash if rent is paid before the 1st every month PET POLICY - Each pet (maximum of 2 per household) must be applied for separately. Proof of up-to-date shots including rabies and proof of current flea prevention is mandatory as well as a picture of you with your pet. Once approved, there is a $200 nonrefundable pet deposit per pet and a $25 per month pet fee for one, $35 per month for two.
