Lease Terms This is a one-year lease. One small dog is permitted (no other pets, please), and we ask that you clean up after your pet promptly a $100 fee will apply if this becomes an ongoing issue. Each unit comes with 2 parking spots included. Smoking is not permitted inside the home, and since we take real pride in this property, we ask tenants to help keep porches, yards, and outdoor common areas clean and tidy. Water is included in the rent, and the tenant is responsible for all other utilities, including electric, oil heat, and internet/cable. Heating runs on an oil-based system, but it's highly efficient past tenants have mentioned lower-than-expected costs.
