We offer 30/50 Amp Full Hook Up RV Sites for $500/Month All Bills Paid! We pay the utilities. We give you a free gym membership to the largest fitness center in town which is directly behind us! We pay the required local 5% lodgers tax! We have an on-site laundry facility. We have an on-site bathroom & shower facility. Our spaces are some of the largest is Carlsbad. We also give you a 10% off gift certificate to our local Ashley Homestore! There is a basketball court & a playground next door! There is a propane refill facility across the street! We are 1/4 mile from Walmart. We have 24 Hour video surveillance. We will soon have Fiber-Optic Wifi that will also be free for tenants. We are pet friendly, however we require you to be with your pet at all times if they are outside, & we require them to be on a leash. No outdoor pens, or cages. We allow you 2 vehicles in your space that will go right next to your RV. If you have extra vehicles, or trailers we have a storage facility behind us that we will discount you parking spots for. Our location is highly desired for workers in the area. We require a $200 deposit that can be refunded to you as soon as you move out as long as your space is cleaned up & nothing is broken.
