Manufactured home that is not level., All of the windows and the insulation need replaced, as well Al the carpet. The front steps are rotted and falling apart and a wooden plank at the exit door is also rotten and need to be replaced. The location is perfect, but do not expect the landlord to do the upgrades that need to be done. He will blame the renter on the problem, as though it is the renters fault,when actually, the landlord just won’t do the work to it…..or pay someone. The hallway ceiling started leaking due ti the last hurricane and black mold started to form. The landlord he no interest in fixing that health hazard, either. Renter, beware! One day late with the rent, and he’s knocking at the door.
