Very spacious 3 bed/1.5 bath plus enclosed outdoor shower with hot water. Full size washer/dryer. Hardwoods/tile throughout. Front and back patios. Central air. Enjoy easy access to everything from the heart of Ventnor - 3 blocks to the beach and 1 to the bay, near all the best shops and restaurants, and walkable to Margate. Newport Ave beach entrance has bathrooms and playground. Farmers market every Friday and beach concerts on Saturdays. Also close enough to enjoy all Atlantic City has to offer, or any of the other great Jersey shore towns like Cape May! Hop on the AC expressway and be in Philadelphia in an hour. Our place has plenty of room to relax, work, enjoy meals, and stash your things. Our favorite spot is the front gravel patio with Adirondack chairs. Fully furnished - just bring your own linens, towels, toiletries! (And cleaning supplies for a long term stay) 3 bedrooms each with a closet (with hangers), dresser, shoe/luggage rack and clock. Each bed has mattress with mattress protector and pillows. The 2 larger bedrooms have ceiling fans and desks. 1 full bath upstairs and large half bath downstairs plus an outdoor shower with hot water (outdoor shower turned off mid November). Full size washer and dryer located in the half bath. Extra large kitchen with all the essentials and plenty of seating - dining area, counter seating, and wall bar. Comfy living room with bonus sun room and extra seating/dining area. Central heat and AC. House is equipped with Nest doorbell, thermostat, smoke/CO2 detectors, and door locks. Smart locks on both the front and back doors so feel free to go around back to rinse off and come in the back door after the beach! New cordless window blinds throughout the house. All 3 dressers and the 2 cabinet units in the living room are attached to the wall for safety. The house is not considered childproof. Pet policy: Dogs only. No cats. Well-trained, house broken dogs allowed. Up to 2 dogs. Linens, pillows, towels, toiletries, cleaning supplies, and any food items are not provided. Tenants are responsible for trash. In the ally next to the house there are 2 large trash/recycling cans. Please put them out at the curb Monday evenings and put them back Tuesday after pick up. For winter stays, tenants are responsible for snow removal. A snow shovel is provided. Please clear snow from the front steps and sidewalk in front of the house if it snows. If you salt, please ensure it is pet safe salt. Available for August but exact start/end dates may be somewhat flexible. All utilities are included. No smoking or vaping of any kind in the house or anywhere on the property, including outside. House is furnished including basic kitchen items.
