LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION :) This house is just a short walk to Big Lake Beach with a large, fenced in yard as well as an attached garage all to yourself! Renter is responsible for all utilities. 1 year + lease is preferred. We are looking for a renter willing to give the inside of this house some TLC as the owner of the property lives out of state. It will be worth the work and will also be taken into account adjusting the monthly rental amount when work is done ;) Most pets are allowed but would like to meet before move in! Very low maintenance landlord as long as all bills are up to date!
