The perfect house for someone willing to take great spaces inside and upgrade to today's standards and not be over built for the neighborhood. Do not get me wrong, this house is very livable in its present condition. You can take your time upgrading each part of the house as the spirit moves you. The layout and room sizes are great. Great quiet street near everything in town and a convenient side street walk to the City beach. I did not take interior photos since family is still moving things out of the house.
