You can't miss this one. TRUST ME this is so much better than the photos show and really something special. Huge loft-like 1 bedroom with tons of light (on all sides )and space in a condo building! Bedroom is massive and living room is even bigger! Shared backyard for the building that looks like a suburban oasis that I promise you beats any other outdoor space for miles. The layout is smart, the super and neighbors are friendly. I have 40 other 1BR apartments nearby in Bushwick, BesStuy, Williamsburg, and Ridgewood. So if this isn't the place, we'll work something out...but here there is not a single catch I can think of ...i guess that the appliances are white (not stainless steel) I love this part of the neighborhood and lived/worked/played here for many years.
