Summer rental for June/July/August 2026. Welcome to paradise! Very quiet, fully furnished home with large, shady yard in residential neighborhood, convenient to all the island has to offer. Right by the marsh (avian wonderland - Roseate Spoonbills, anyone?) 3 miles to the beach, handy to the causeway (2 miles) close to Harris Teeter Grocery Store, lots of restaurants, Sea Island just a walk or bike ride away. About 4 miles to the village and pier. If working in Brunswick, a close retreat from there (5 miles-ish)...Give us a shout with any questions. We are offering our home while we are away. 2 or 3 month rental ideally. Everything you will need is provided, such as linens, dishes, cooking utensils, etc...High speed internet, each bedroom with a king-sized bed and attached full bathroom (one with tub/shower combo (pictured) with handy sprayer ...the other has an enclosed shower. The bedrooms are separated by a lovely paved atrium that offers sunlight but is also curtained for the nighttime. The bedrooms are on the first floor, general living space on the second, with wraparound deck (perfect for relaxing to the bird calls and babbling waterfall in our koi pond) ... the atrium is also visible from the living room with its tree's branches seemingly in the room! Our home is surrounded by live oaks, giant palm trees and serenity! Come stay for work or a uniquely peaceful, extended getaway! Our beach is arguably one of the the prettiest and coolest places anywhere on earth ... home to wildlife galore, shifting sand bars and tide pools ...everyday a new discovery on a walk or an adventure ... the marshes are wonderland for kayakers ...come on - The dolphins are waiting for you! Everything included in monthly rate, except refundable (up to 90 days before if canceling) security deposit $500 required to hold for you, short-term rental contract will be sent/signed. No other fees. Please note : Non-smoking home. This home is available ONLY for June, July and August 2026. Ideally a 2 or 3 month stay, but will consider a one month stay. Reach out and we can hammer out the details together. We are asking for a deposit of $500 to hold. This will be refundable after your stay as long as nothing weird happens that is your fault. We are very flexible and understanding about normal mishaps, like a broken dish or the need for a plumber, etc. and will be available to help should anything tricky arise. We are looking for a mutually respectful arrangement! :) No smoking or pers, please.
