Both available bedrooms as well as common areas (dining room, living room have hardwood flooring throughout. The house features a super convenient location off North Slappey Blvd, and a quiet neighborhood on the Avenues. It is within 10 minutes drive to most shopping and dining places in NW Albany, and just about 15 minutes to most major employers and workplaces in East Albany. The house also has a large front porch for you to enjoy sitting outside with friends and coffee. Utilities bills are split equally among roommates. We adopt this approach instead of charging a flat rate rent that covers the utilities in order to encourage careful uses and conservation of energy and water. Each individual is assigned approximately equal amounts of kitchen cabinets, drawers, and refrigerator space. Roommates must respect each other's space, privacy, and maintain a quiet and clean residence for all. This house is animal free, child free, drug free, smoke free and vape free.
