This open concept apartment just finished a renovation of the kitchen and bathroom. Brand new stove, refrigerator, over the range microwave, touchless faucet, and a sink disposal. The bathroom has a new mirror, slow clothes toilet seat, showerhead, and towel holders. The kitchen is freshly painted along with the dining room. The bedrooms have new, comfortable carpet and ceiling fans and the whole Apartment has new blinds. Because the tenant pays electric, I installed LED lights throughout to make it cheaper for them. We bought BRAND NEW washer and dryer for the apartment. Owner pays for heat, high-speed Internet, water, sewage, trash, and snow removal and common areas. Security cameras are placed around the entire building that landlord pays for pew the main door is a coded door along with a Touchpad keyless entry into the apartment. Tenant pays electric which is on average is about $80. Tenant has access to two plugs in the parking area. Two spaces are for two midsize vehicles. Mailboxes are on the property for tenant use. If you smoke, are loud, or have pets do not apply. We have worked very hard to have tenants who get along with one another, and the building is very friendly, quiet, and clean. We are going to continue that in this apartment. Tenant must make at least three times the rent per month, no smoking, no pets, no co signing of lease, must have positive rental history, and a max of two people due to water heater capacity in the building. Our family has always had positive reviews as landlords, we are reasonably available, we seek to make your experience enjoyable. For example, we did not need to install a 10k dollar kitchen with slow close cabinets and stainless steel appliances - we did it because we seek to please. We added ceiling fans, slow close toilet seats and LED lighting to make the space that much more comfortable.
