Spacious home has central heat and air powered by propane. Home has a 4 person outdoor hot tub that tenants would use at their own risk, own discretion, and would be responsible for upkeep/servicing. Do NOT disturb residents. Home is under renovation for new flooring. (PICTURES ARE FROM A PREVIOUS TIME, some flooring will be changed and some paint colors). Home is rented unfurnished. Minimum monthly household income: $5,100.00/ per month- VERIFIABLE & STABLE INCOME. All tenants over age 18+ must fill out an application. All applications require a non refundable fee for a credit check which goes to and is run by Zillow/3rd party. Only considering applicants who have a credit score at or above 700+. NO evictions, no bankruptcies. Excellent rental history required. Total move in: security deposit + first month's rent= $4,700.00 (will not take installments). Tenants pay for all utilities (water/sewer/garbage/propane/electric/etc) and are responsible for all yard maintenance. Tenants are responsible for having renter's insurance within the first 2 weeks of tenancy. ABSOLUTELY NO SUBLETTING/SUBLEASING. This is a residential home and only will be used as such. Absolutely NO running of a business, especially a service business out of the home (examples: daycare, massage therapy, etc- anything where someone/a customer comes to the house for a service is a NO). Home office is OK. Pets MAY be considered on a case-by-case basis (amount, breed, other restrictions would apply). Additional monthly pet rent and hefty pet deposit will apply. A "meet and greet" with any pet will happen for all hopeful applicants as part of the application process. Animals must be: well-mannered, housebroken, not aggressive, spayed/neutered, up-to-date on all vaccinations and have a recent wellness check from a veterinarian.
