Craftsman-style brick bungalow in charming Fairmount. Originally built by owners in 2005 and has been cared for by our family since 2013. From the large front porch to the classic bungalow-style finishing touches in the interior, it has been a joy to live at 1210 Lilac St. We have spent countless nights sitting on the swing in the screened-in back porch. The wooden floors have supported the feet of our daughter's countless dance parties. The casement windows have brought the fresh air and sounds of the neighborhood into the living room. The built-in bookcases have kept our favorite reading material accessible on a rainy day. The large kitchen has accomodated many neighborhood dinners and late-night discussions with friends. It has truly been an amazing home. Needless to say, it will not be easy to leave. However, we are looking forward to the blessing that it will bring to the next owners.
