To hold the property after the showing a $100.00 check or money order and a completed application is required. You can get an application only after you, or someone for you, such as a friend or potential roommate has seen the unit. The application/background check is done by another company and they have a one-time fee of $30.00 for a single person or $33.00 for a married couple. If through the process you require a co-signer their application can be picked up at our office, faxed or emailed. Their background check is much less to process at $8.95 if they are single or $11.95 if they are married. Any charges for a background check cannot be refunded as we contract another company for this service. They do provide a form if you want to pay them by credit card.
