    New tile flooring in bedrooms and hallways. Stainless Steel appliances in kitchen. New glass top stove with air fryer feature installed May 2024. There is older tile in hallway and kitchen however I have new tile to lay to match the bed rooms. New Kitchen updates to come/ counters and paint cabinets before move in date. Back splash in kitchen was just added. All ceiling fans have been updated and light switch / outlet coverings are new. New AC unit & New insulation in the house. New water heater. Also Plumbing has been updated and replaced. Please do not flush wipes or large amounts of paper in toilets. Water fall feature in both bathrooms. 2 drive ways that fit about 3-4 cars each and garage for parking or storage. In garage there is large wood shelves built in as well as cabinets and space/connections for a fridge or freezer. 4 BR/ 2 RR have 2 Large size like primary room sizes and 2 bed room are smaller like children rooms, perhaps with smaller closets. New Outside front yard landscaping. I buy the air filters for the House so there is no issues with the AC unit. There is ADT security if you would like to create an account. It has the wiring and the main touch pad and outdoor camera. Any security cameras of your choice is also fine. I try to do updates to the property every month for example the new stove /new fence/new front landscaping Previous tenant was there 2 years but they were late on payment for 12 Months which is no longer tolerated. If tenant will allow updates while in the house I will be doing them once a month. If there is any issues on the property Please call ASAP and repairs will be made same day. The location is on Shiloh drive near McPherson and the Old united HS. There is school traffic in this area also due to Matias De Llano but it is close to the UISD schools and Drs hospital is close by as well as restaurants On Shiloh and del mar. There is large Yard if You would like to add pool / play ground option. Perfect for room mates or large families. Pet deposit required 12 months Credit 600 or negotiable Income verification needed 3 months. If late more than 3 months I will reassess / terminate lease. All adults must be listed on lease with income verification.
