Neighborhood Description Our neighborhood is considered part of the "river district" of the City of Fort Myers. It is located within three miles of the downtown district. Being centrally located, it is within 5 minutes of Edison Mall, Publix, a variety of churches, fitness centers, hospitals, doctors and medical clinics, etc. This neighborhood is quite, friendly with well maintained homes and landscaping. We have enjoyed living here for 25 years as the second owner of the property. Our children have moved to other areas of Florida and we are chosing to downsize for retirement.
