New carpet and paint last year. Current renters will be moving out on August 31 or before. The yard needs help and will be addressed next spring. This house has an unfinished basement and is currently not available for tenant use. There is no timeframe for us to finish the basement, but it will not be being worked on while the house is rented so no construction will be done while the house is occupied. We would rather have no pets but it is not a deal breaker if you have one. I would anticipate a mid September/Oct 1 move in date. If you are interested in moving in before the paint touch up and cleaning we would offer the first month free. Renter is responsible for all utilities. Garbage water gas and electric. The lease runs for 12 months. There is a $50 nonrefundable credit application fee. We so not allow smoking inside the house. The tenant is reasonable for yard upkeep. there is a sprinkler system for the yard. No more than 3 vehicle's may be parked outside of the garage. No vehicles leaking fluid are allowed on property.
