There are free washers and dryers in the basement (not coin operated). The rent is $1325 per month. Tenant pays utilities. Internet access (which includes internet, Wi-Fi and basic cable TV) and water are paid by landlord but reimbursed by tenant. A $500 refundable security deposit and a one-time $150 cleaning fee are required. Pets are welcome, but do require a $300 non-refundable deposit. Owner does all maintenance.
