Sturdy home with complete hurricane protection on 60' of deepwater with a 50' full-featured dock that is only one nautical mile to the ocean with no fixed bridges. The Zillow listing says it was foreclosed upon in 2008, but that is completely wrong. We have owned the property since 2000 and a clear title, with no ownership changes, was verified in the title search that was just confirmed during a re-financing of the mortgage in April 2014. There is no reference to a foreclosure in public records, as Zillow reports erroneously. I have made numerous attempts to have them change this information over the past couple of years, with no response. Other "comps" listed by Zillow include houses on dry lots. They don't compare to ocean access waterfront homes, especially those as extremely close to the inlet as our house is.
This property is off market, which means it's not currently listed for sale or rent on Zillow. This may be different from what's available on other websites or public sources.
