There is a nice chipped wood walking/running trail around the corner. There is no one in front of our house and we are on a hill, so there is privacy in the back as well. The start date is somewhat flexible and subject to finding the right tenants. The place is available as early as November 1. Some remodeling work has been done since the pictures were taken. This work includes new air conditioning with a smart thermostat, new windows, recessed lighting, ceiling fans, electrical work, removal of the built-in entertainment center in the main living room, new carpet upstairs, and other minor work. I prefer a longer term lease but will consider less than a year. Tenant is responsible for gas, electric, water, and sewer.
