On street parking and you have to walk up steps to get into the house. Pets will be considered on a case by case basis. Generally I charge $50/pet/month. First month, last month, and security deposit due before move in. When you inquire about the property you will be asked questions. If you do not respond to the questions, You will not tour the house. You need to have a reliable source of income. Good Jobs are preferred. Rent is expected to be paid on time, I charge late fees if you don't pay on time. I will evict you, especially if you are late on paying rent early in your tenancy. I will hold the house for you for up to 45 days to allow you to get the remainder of the money, if you pay the security deposit.
