We are looking for 1 roommate to fill the room shown in the attached pictures on the second floor. A couple photos from when I had a king size bed and one photo with a smaller bed. Shares a bathroom with one other roommate. Our place is modern, spacious, and in a great location: Just a 5-minute walk from Ballston Metro, less than 1 mile to a grocery store and a 30 second walk to a convenience store Rent is $1313/month + utilities with a one-time $1000 security deposit. 3 story home with 2 living rooms and a modern kitchen and gas stove. We have a bunch of shared appliances (toaster, air fryer, coffee machine, 2 refrigerators, rice cooker, nespresso - I did get my own minifridge as a meal prep a lot) We share a lot of spices and have a Costco membership to get a lot of the shared house goods. Fenced-in backyard and front porch Parking for 2 cars in driveway and there is always plenty of street parking We are not on the hook to mow the lawn, that is done for us. We have cleaners come about once a month to clean shared spaces/bathrooms. We are all guys in our early to mid 20's working hybrid schedules.
