No deposit! You will be taking over our lease which ends at the end of September, so you shouldn't have to pay a deposit and they also allow pets. Rent includes most utilities, trash valley, all you pay separate is the power bill. Pets are allowed. Free gym, Pool, AND hot tub which is open in the winter also. Also has fireplace and washer and dryer in unit so you don't have to go to the laundry mat. Great place just moving back to Utah. 2BR 1B. Plenty of parking and nice neighbors!
